1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at www.efficiencyatlantic.ca (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or the services offered by Atlantic Heating & Cooling Solutions Inc. ("AHCS", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website and our services.

2. Services

AHCS provides heat pump selection guidance and sales coordination services. We help customers choose the right heat pump system for their needs and coordinate the purchase process.

Installation of heat pump systems is performed by Greenfoot Energy Solutions, a third-party installation partner. AHCS coordinates installation services but does not directly perform installation work.

Ongoing maintenance and service are provided by Service-Yeti, a third-party maintenance partner. AHCS coordinates maintenance services but does not directly perform maintenance work.

AHCS acts as a coordinator between customers and our trusted service partners. While we facilitate and oversee the process, the actual installation and maintenance work is carried out by our respective partners.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments booked through the Website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule, appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed by AHCS or our service partners.

AHCS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Quotes provided by AHCS are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. After this period, quotes may be revised to reflect current pricing.

Applicable taxes are not included in quoted prices unless explicitly stated. Final pricing will include all applicable federal and provincial taxes.

5. Financing

Financing options are provided through our third-party financing partner, Financeit. All financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions set forth by Financeit.

AHCS does not provide financing directly and is not responsible for financing decisions made by Financeit. Any questions or concerns regarding financing terms, interest rates, or payment schedules should be directed to Financeit.

Approval for financing is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Financeit.

6. Warranties

Product warranties are provided per the manufacturer's (Fujitsu) terms and conditions. AHCS does not provide separate product warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

Installation warranties are provided per the installer's (Greenfoot Energy Solutions) terms and conditions. Any claims related to installation workmanship should be directed through AHCS for coordination with the installer.

AHCS assists with warranty coordination on behalf of our customers. We will work with the relevant manufacturer or service partner to facilitate warranty claims, but the ultimate warranty obligations rest with the respective manufacturer or installer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AHCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Website or services.

In no event shall the total liability of AHCS to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services exceed the total amount paid by you to AHCS for the services giving rise to the claim.

AHCS does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Service Area

AHCS services are available in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, Canada only. We do not provide services outside of these provinces.

Service availability may vary by specific location within our service area. Please contact us to confirm service availability at your address.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Atlantic Heating & Cooling Solutions Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Website without the prior written consent of AHCS.
